Often a car rental company may offer seasonal or promotional rates which are lower than the saving offered on time and mileage rates quoted. On these occasions there is no saving offered in addition to promotional rates. However, it is important to insist that the appropriate I.D. number is shown clearly on the rental agreement - even when the rate is a promotional one and no discount is offered. This enables us to track the number of bookings members are making.
